Jake’s Owner Sues Biden Admin

On Wednesday, May 12, the Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty sued the Biden Admin and the SBA administrator on behalf of Jake’s owner Tony Vitolo. Vitolo is seeking an immediate restraining order to stop the government‘s issuing of funds under the Restaurant Revitalization Fund. Under the current law, white men restauranteurs cannot qualify for aid during the first 3 weeks of the program... at which point, the funds will almost certainly be gone.

The RRF‘s current wording is highly unconstitutional and a violation of the constitution‘s equal protection clause.

In addition to receiving national media attention on this matter, Vitolo has also been interviewed on Fox News Primetime as well as Newsmax with Rob Schmitt.

There is an emergency hearing scheduled for Monday, 5/17, in Chattanooga Federal Court. More to come...
